Call Counseling and Testing at 337-482-6480 to schedule an appointment and for information regarding dates and testing times.

Cost

The MAT costs $100 payable at the time of testing. Checks, money orders,  or cash are accepted.

Test Time

Approximately 1 hour.

Required Valid Identification

Driver's license, or passport, or military ID must be presented at the time of testing.
