With Counseling & Testing Center

The Counseling & Testing Center of UL at Lafayette welcomes your interest regarding our practicum/internship program. Potential candidates will be contacted for interviews following the deadline dates; July 15th for the Fall Semester, November 15th for the Spring Semester and April 15th for the Summer Semester. All of the following materials must be submitted online or come by the Counseling and Testing Center located in O. K. Allen Hall, 220 Hebrard Boulevard, Lafayette, LA for a paper-based version before an interview can be scheduled.

1. The completed application.
2. Passport picture (color headshot)
3. Current resume or curriculum vitae.
4. Two letters of recommendation (at least one from an academic professor).
