Virtual Support Groups

We all need support at some time in our lives. This year has brought about several challenges that may have an impact on one’s overall level of functioning. We are offering a series of virtual support groups to bring together individuals that are experiencing similar issues in a safe space to share concerns and coping strategies. Each group will be led by a mental health professional that will provide some additional support as well as strategies.
